| 1984 |
Biomedsklo was established under the name 'Zhytomyr Factory of Laboratory Glass'.

| 1994 |
It is a landmark year for the future development of the Company. Biomedsklo becomes
an open Joint-Stock Company, and assumes its current name. The enterprise introduces
into Ukraine and masters in its premises, the main technological process of producing
medical utensils, using both domestic and international equipment.

| 2002-2003 |
Massive reconstruction and re-engineering takes place in Biomedsklo. A new glass-melting furnace is built according to international standards, and contemporary forming lines are initiated.

| 2005 |
The Company is acquired by Yioula Glassworks.

| 2006 |
Biomedsklo boasts two glass melting furnaces, producing medical containers and food and drink containers. The Company is listed among the five largest producers of glass containers in the country. Quality amelioration, client servicing improvement and attractive pricing policies, constantly improve the position of the company in the marketplace.

Biomedsklo produces mainstream as well as exclusive glassware for the food and drink, pharmaceutical, biological and fragrance industries. All its products are made of medical glass being therefore, superior in terms of chemical composition, heat-resistance and overall aesthetic appearance. Biomedsklo is the only Ukrainian producer of ingot flint glassware for medicines.
